In creating this piece, I explored the tension between movement and stillness. The sharp triangles and musical staffs represent a dynamic process, always unfolding, while the fixed shapes and boundaries reflect a reality that refuses to move. The solitary figure in the corner serves as a silent witness, embodying a sense of mysticism as it observes this silent dance. Through this work, I hoped to express how the process of change and the illusion of stillness are always intertwined, creating a space that feels both mysterious and timeless.

Acrylic Facemount is a process that involves applying an optically clear adhesive to the face of the art piece then adhering the print to acrylic, known as plexiglass, which gives the image a rich, glass-like effect.

Once the print is adhered to the acrylic, a backing material like dibond is adhered to the back of the print to protect the print and provide rigidity to the art.
